BAAKO has developed a strongly innovative platform for the global eCommerce management, studying how to foster excellence through research workshops with all divisions and geozones of L’Oréal Group.

The platform, composed by twelve multidisciplinary modules, offers an innovative set of business management tools. The project has been delivered through a full cycle of design thinking and agile development including extensive research workshops conducted by BAAKO vis-a-vis with international L’Oréal professionals and several multi-division user tests. After the deployment of its version 1.0, the platform has successfully passed a cyber-security external audit. Further information is under NDA.
